DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION
How the machine works
The SBL50M packaging machine is a vertically operating, fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machine for the production of small tubular bag packs, known as “Stickpacks”.
The machine processes flexible laminated film from the flat film roll.
In a sequence of individual operations, the flat film is pulled off the roll, cut lengthwise, formed into a tube during vertical transportation and longitudinally sealed, filled, cross-sealed and cut from the strand.
A photocell control system ensures precise print image positioning.
The SBL50M pouch machine is designed as a multi-lane basic machine for pouch production. A wide range of products can be packaged in combination with various product feeds and dosing systems.
