How the machine works
The SBL50-2 Stickpack machine is a vertically operating, fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machine for the production of small tubular bag packs, known as “Stickpacks”. The machine processes flexible composite films from the flat film roll. In a sequence of individual operations, the flat film is pulled off the roll, formed into a tube during vertical transport and longitudinally sealed, filled, cross-sealed and separated from the strand. The SBL50-2 Stickpack machine is a single-lane basic machine for pouch production, designed as a double machine, i.e. two independently operating machines in one housing. A wide range of products can be packaged in combination with various product feeds and dosing systems.
