How the machine works
The SBL50 pouch machine is a vertically operating, fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machine for the production of small tubular bag packs, known as “Stickpacks”.
The machine processes flexible composite films from the flat film roll.
In a sequence of individual operations, the flat film is pulled off the roll, formed into a tube during vertical transport and longitudinally sealed, filled, cross-sealed and separated from the strand.
A photocell control system ensures precise print image positioning. The SBL50 pouch machine is designed as a single-lane basic machine for pouch production. A wide range of products can be packaged in combination with various product feeds and dosing systems.

Technical details
- Machine made entirely of stainless steel and aluminum, making it suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries
- Continuous electromechanical main drive with pneumatic parallel sealing drive
- Suitable for mechanical and photocell-controlled bag removal by means of an up/down moving cross sealing station
