How the machine works
The SB51-2LS Stickpack machine is a vertically operating, fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machine for the production of small tubular bag packs, known as “Stickpacks”.The machine processes flexible composite films from the flat film roll.In a sequence of individual operations, the flat film is pulled off the roll, formed into a tube during vertical transport and longitudinally sealed, filled, cross-sealed and separated from the strand. The SB51-2LS pouch machine is a single-lane basic machine for Stickpack production, designed as a double machine, i.e. two independently operating machines in one housing. A wide range of products can be packaged in combination with various product feeds and dosing systems.
