DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION
How the machine works
The MP2 pouch machine is a vertically operating, fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machine for the production of three- and four-sided sealed edge pouches.
The machine processes flexible composite film from one or optionally two rolls. In a sequence of individual operations, the flat film is pulled off the roll, cut in the middle, the two halves are guided in front of each other via a deflection triangle and sealed in a U-shape.The resulting empty bag is then filled, transported vertically by one bag length, sealed at the top and cut. A photocell control system ensures exact print image positioning. The MP2 is a universal basic machine for bag production. A wide range of products can be packaged in combination with various product feeders and dosing systems.
