description
How the machine works
The aim of this system is to monitor the net fill quantity in a Stickpack without being influenced by the packaging material. For this purpose, empty bags are placed in bag carriers by hand or by feeding the bags through an upstream MERZ bag machine. The bags are filled and weighed in several steps. The filled pouch carriers are each cycled one step further by a transport system.
Step 1: Additional bag spreading device
Step 2: Empty bag is weighed with bag carrier (tare)

Step 4: Dosing or filling product 1
Step 5: Weighing product 1
Step 6: Cross seal seam product 1 (option for separating product 1 and product 2)
Step 7: Dosing or filling product 2
Step 8: Weighing product 2
Step 9: Cross seal seam (closing the bag)
Step 10: Waiting position (reserve position, e.g. for camera monitoring)
Step 11: Bag ejection into good or bad bag with counter-check
Step 12: Sensor with holder after bag transfer for checking empty workpiece carriers
Step 13: The empty bag carrier moves on, back to the start position
