How the machine works

The tablets are fed to the dosing unit from a hopper via a vibrating chute. The dosing unit consists of 2 dosing discs that dose simultaneously into the flling tube of the packaging machine. As the tablets fall through, they are counted by two independent counters. The second counter is used to check the first. Shortly before the selected number of tablets is reached, both disks are slowed down and dispense directly at a reduced speed until the exact number of tablets has been reached. The counted tablets are dispensed onto a closed pusher and once the set number of tablets has been reached, the tablets are dropped into the stick by opening the pusher. From this point on, the pouch machine can perform its next cycle independently of the dosing process and the cycle starts again from the beginning when the pusher is closed.
