Our Aftersales department is your first point of contact for all questions regarding service (spare parts, maintenance, assembly visits, repairs and contacts).
You can reach us:
Monday - Thursday 8.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
Friday 8.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.
On-Call Service on Bridge Days
On so-called bridge days, our office is closed. However, to ensure support in urgent situations, we provide an on-call service on these days.
If you have an urgent issue or emergency, you can reach us by phone during the on-call service.
